(1) What is your upgrade policy for the software?
  Answer - The purchaser will have access to all upgrades of the product within its own version, as long as they own the program (Pro and Enterprise versions are not the same).
pro 4.xx users have unlimited database updates(pro 4.xx will no longer be Actively supported but pro 4.x users
can update to Pro 5.0 and join the subscription data base). Enterprise and Pro 5.0 users require a database subscription  for the active database system. NOTE: Not all submissions send an auto reply.


(2) Can I use this software on more than one computer?
  Answer - No. A user license must be obtained for each computer.

(3) I've just submitted my site to all the engines in the software and I can't find my listing in the search engines. Is this program working?
  Answer -   Yes. There are numerous variables that can affect your posting.
1. Search engines can take from two to six weeks to include you in their index.
2. Using an invalid email address can prevent you from being listed at all.
3. Posting too frequently can cause your domain to be banned from posting.
4. Some sites have such high traffic that your link may have already scrolled off the list     by the time you visit the page.

A simple rule fo thumb to follow:
-If you're using a real email address, you should get an average of three to eight hundred auto reply emails within a forty-eight hour period.
-If these emails are coming in, your site has been successfully posted.


(4) How often should I submit my website?
  Answer -  -Search engines should be submitted to NO MORE than once a month, and only submit the most relevant URL, such as your main index page.
-Links pages can be submitted to as often as every two days, but it is recommended to submit no more than once a week.

(5) Why won't my password work?
  Answer -  -The most common reason is an incorrectly typed password. All passwords come only in uppercase format. No password can contain the letter 'O'. IF ONE OF THE CHARACTERS LOOKS LIKE AN 'O', REPLACE IT WITH THE NUMBER ZERO.

-The best way to avoid these problems is to copy and paste your password from your original registration email.

Another possible reason:
If your software has been previously registered and re-installed, it may have been disabled by the registration server for a possible registration violation. This is very rare and usually happens when the registration number has been passed out to multiple users. If this has happened and you have not shared your password, you can contact our support address and have your password re-activated.
