URL: The domain and page url for the project
Example: http://www.yourdomainname.com/products.htm
Category: Select a category that best suits what your website offers.
Enter your contact information into rest of the form.
Main email: use this field for a email address you do not want the bulk of the email sent to.
Alternate email: Use this for filtering confirmation email and email lists you may be subscribed to this will make management of bulk email separate from your important email.
Tip: When entering Main Email and Alternate email address keep in mind most ffa pages send confirmation email or add you to there email list resulting in large numbers of email on a regular basis.
Password: This is only for sites that require a password for your submission.
Tip: 1. Enter a password you want to use for submissions only.
Tip: 2. Do not use Important passwords you may already use for other things just to be safe.
Once you have filled out the entire form proceed to Step2.
Step2:
In step 2 you can select from 4 options which will automatically create projects for you or just create a single project. 
Option 1: Add this Project and i will fill out the rest.
This option will create just a single project but will not import any meta tags for your title description and keywords.
Option 2: Add Just this project and import the title, description and keywords. This potion will create a project by importing your title description and keywords if they are available in your meta tags.
Example: If you entered http://www.yourdomainname.com/products.htm as your Url the project group will be "yourdomain.com and project created will be "products.htm"
Option 3: This option will Create a project, spidering and importing all linked pages within your domain name and import your title description and keywords if they are available in your meta tags for each page found.
These imported pages will be displayed In a new window Called Import Monitor. once the import process is complete you will have an option to add them to your projects one at a time. See using Import Monitor for more details.
Option 4: Add Project and import all pages, Automatically add pages as projects.
This option will Create a new project, spidering and importing all linked pages within your domain name and import your title description and keywords if they are available in your meta tags for each page found then automatically adding each page to your project for that domain group.
Import Spider Option: If you have selected Add Project Options 3 or 4 you can use the following options.
Max pages to import: Set this to the maximum pages you want to spider and import. How many levels deep: This option will limit how many levels deep you want to spider your website.
Example 1: Level will only spider your main directory "/index, /help.htm ,/products.htm" and so on.
Example 2: levels will spider your main directory and your first set of subdirectories "/index.htm, /services/service.htm,/products/products.htm" and so on.
What extensions do you want to spider: Use this to filter only pages with a specific extension you want to import.
Example: .htm will only import pages like "index.htm, products.htm, services.htm" and ignore pages like "order.cgi, services.php"
Once you have selected all the import options you want Click "Add Domain" this will open a new window called "Import Monitor" and start the import process. If you have selected Add Domain options 1 then just the Domain group will be created and No import monitor will be displayed.
