Url: This the the full url to the web page being submitted.
Title: This should be a short description of your website usually under 60 characters. If you exceed 60 characters the counter to the right of the field will turn red indicating you are over the maximum number of characters most engines allow. Exceeding this limit may result in your submission being rejected.
Tip: The title is most important as this is what most engines use in there search results as the first bold line of text.
Description: This should be a longer description of what your web site offers usually not more than 140 characters. If you exceed 140 characters the counter to the right of the field will turn red indicating you are over the maximum number of characters most engines allow. Exceeding this limit may result in your submission being rejected.
Tip: The description is the second most important as this is what most engines use in there search results as the description below the title.
Keywords: This is a list of keywords related to your website. All keywords or phrases should be separated by a comma ","
Tip: Make sure your keywords relate you your website and do not repeat keywords or your submission may be rejected.
Category: Select a category that best suits what your website offers.
First name: Enter your first name here.
Last Name: Enter your Last name here:
Company: Enter your company name here or website name if you are not a company.
Address1: Enter your address here.
Address2: If you need more room for your address use this field.
City: Enter the city you currently line in.
State: Enter the state where the city is located (Use 2 letter abbreviation if possible. Example: NJ)
Zip: Enter the zip or postal code for your city.
Country: Enter your Country, Use Abbreviation when possible. Example: USA).
Phone: Enter your phone number here, Format Example: 000-000-0000
Fax: Enter your fax number here, Format Example: 000-000-0000
Main email: use this field for a email address you do not want the bulk of the email sent to.
Alternate email: Use this for filtering confirmation email and email lists you may be subscribed to this will make management of bulk email separate from your important email.
Tip: When entering Main Email and Alternate email address keep in mind most ffa pages send confirmation email or add you to there email list resulting in large numbers of email on a regular basis.
Password: This is only for sites that require a password for your submission.
Tip: 1. Enter a password you want to use for submissions only.
Tip: 2. Do not use Important passwords you may already use for other things just to be safe.
